]]> ‘Commit (I act)’, is one piece in a series of chakra paintings inspired by my passion for Kundalini Yoga. The third chakra, Manipura, meaning lustrous gem, is located at the solar plexus, the centre for power in the body. I felt bees were the perfect creature to represent the sense of this chakra, will power, commitment, focus, action and … they’re yellow! The original painting is 16″ x 20″
