Lightening Grief

This image was with me for a long time before it manifested on canvas. What it’s about is being so deep in our suffering that we don’t see there is actually a miracle occurring, and all the while we are being held by the loving hand of the Creator. It reminds me to look for the blessing in every situation, no matter how challenging.
